RSPB

Wayfinding Signage

A wayfinding system for the RSPB reserve at Rainham Marshes // Strength, clarity and brand presence where of the utmost importance, whilst the design aesthetic was to complement the unique and striking building at the entrance to the reserve // Graphic elements were screen printed onto hot-dipped galvanised steel sheets, creating permanent signs that sit wonderfully with the raw materials and colours of the surrounding environment.

Anish Kapoor: Turning the World Upside Down

Situated within the stunning landscapes of Kensington Gardens, Kapoor’s stainless steel sculptures are a series of major works never before shown together in London // Chacha designed collateral to support the exhibition includes web site, posters and postcards, exhibition guide, custom made interpretation signs and freestanding signage totems - two metre high ‘wedges’ vinyl wrapped with branding, maps and directional signage // The exhibition is co-curated by The Royal Parks and the Serpentine Gallery.

Interpretative Signage

We were asked to devise interpretative panels for five historically significant sites in St James’s Park and Green Park // Custom infrastructure was designed for both balustrade and post mounted options and manufactured in powder coated steel. The modular design allowed for a brushed stainless steel corner panel with logo and URL etched and infilled // Content was written with a broad audience range in mind, and city archives both here and in Dusseldorf were trawled for contemporary images to illustrate these ‘snapshots of time'.
